Schwarzheim / The Grant

Land Grant for Schwarzheim

After diplomatic and trade talks between the Castelan of Zweiwasser and Sir Dagger of Blackwood, a land grant arrived from the Magrave's Scriptorium offering the land directly south of Drachenbrück as a new city district to the East Blackwood Company.  The quarter shall be known as Schwarzheim.  Planning, financing and construction of this new quarter has not yet happened.
