Porto Leonis: Fjordstadt

During this year's campaign into the Hohld, Don Anthem suggested the acquaintance of the Fjordstadt having been a member himself.  Upon Anthem's request, Ambassador Dagger met with various members of the Fjordstadt including Noam.  Unfortunately, the proper contacts were not available for official diplomacy.
