Ramirez of Sagara named Archon of Thorns

Ramirez was named Archon of Thorns during the start of the Convent of the Elements N.d.E 22.  East Blackwood presented him with two gifts.  The first gift was dragonfly earrings which appeared in Oak Hill, East Blackwood (Validar/Kahl'Hatra) after the Aspect of Community was returned to the land. The second gift was a poem written back Baron Dagger of East Blackwood himself.  After the gifting Sir Bodvar informed Baron Dagger that gifting a Sagaran was a bad thing as they feel indebted to you.

Trade Embargo against Luxury Goods

One the first night of the Convent of the Elements, the Mitrasperanische Hanse held their Hanse Tag where they voted on two trade embargoes.  The details of these embargoes were not at that time defined.  East Blackwood and Validar were not represented during the meeting due to conflicting schedules in spite of Dagger having set the meeting time himself.  The following days brought with them another Hanse meeting where it was decided that the embargo against the Realm of Roses, punishment for their blasphemous treason with the Black Dynasty, in the form of a ban of trade of luxury goods for a year and a day.  Dagger delivered this news directly to the RdR Master of Coin himself first, Raul.
