Graf Beriad de Elin, Reichsrichter zu und Hüter des Wissens or Count Beriad de Elin, Judge and keeper of Knowledge, approached the Embassy after a lengthy discussion with his assistant over the business of knowledge.  During the night the Ambassador and the Count spoke privately.  The Count expressed interest in, at the very least, assisting the Embassy and at the best, working for it.  Either way, contact will have to be maintained to see where the diplomatic relationship goes.
