East Blackwood Company Guild District Expansion

At the Convent of the Elements, R.C.Y 1022, the East Blackwood Company came to an agreement with the City of Copperdale in Lunorth to expand their citiy district.  The district expansion is not located adjacent to the old but instead further down the river next to the House of Pleasure.  The district will host a tavern and housing.
